Your Partner in Mental Wellness
Dr. Stormie Keeler is a licensed psychologist who helps ambitious professionals and thoughtful parents navigate the emotional challenges that often accompany busy, high-responsibility lives. Her approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s unique goals, values, and circumstances.
Dr. Keeler earned her doctorate in clinical psychology through an American Psychological Association (APA)-accredited program. During her doctoral training, she worked extensively with children and families navigating significant life stressors, helping parents strengthen connection and resilience during difficult seasons rather than allowing stress to pull families apart.
She completed her APA-accredited residency at Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she worked alongside physicians supporting individuals facing complex medical conditions, including cancer treatment, organ transplantation, diabetes, chronic illness, rehabilitation, and substance use recovery.
Dr. Keeler later completed a fellowship in Women’s Health at Confluence Health, where she was embedded within OB/GYN, Women’s Health Primary Care, and Internal Medicine clinics. There, she developed specialized expertise in helping women navigate fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, menopause, chronic health conditions, weight concerns, and other major life transitions.
These experiences shaped Dr. Keeler’s belief that emotional well-being cannot be separated from the rest of a person’s life. She takes a whole-person approach, recognizing that biological, psychological, relational, and environmental factors all influence mental health. When appropriate, she collaborates with other members of your healthcare team—including primary care physicians, psychiatrists, gynecologists, endocrinologists, and dietitians—to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
Above all, Dr. Keeler believes therapy is a partnership. You are the expert on your own life; her role is to bring clinical expertise, curiosity, and compassion to help you better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop meaningful, lasting change.
Her goal is to create a space where high-achieving people no longer feel like they have to carry everything alone. Together, you’ll build greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and practical skills so you can respond to life’s challenges with confidence and intention—allowing you to thrive not only in your work, but also in your relationships, your parenting, and the life you’ve worked so hard to build.
