How long are sessions?

55-60 minutes for individual therapy.

Do you accept Insurance?

Well Mind is considered “out-of-network” with all insurance plans. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement of a portion of your session fee. I can provide you with a statement that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. As coverage varies by plan, I recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning therapy to ask if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, what your deductible and reimbursement rates are, and how to submit a superbill for reimbursement. ​
